We are a startup that has truly made its mark!
Over the past years, we've developed solutions for clients such as Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Medi-Market, Burger King, Quick, IKEA, DEME, Proximus, Orange, D'Ieteren, VDAB and Hooyberghs. And recently we even built a Digital Twin of European airspace for EUROCONTROL, that can be used both on desktop and in XR! The walkthrough video of that project serves a great example of our work. 😉
Our young and close-knit team is capable of inspiring clients, developing project ideas and fully execute them. We design, build and integrate our software into the client’s ecosystem using hyper-innovative technologies. Mr. Watts colleagues have an intrinsic "can-do" mentality and work dedicatedly; usually over a tune in the background; with a smile and a joke!
What are your future challenges?
You will ensure the scope, budget, schedule and quality of various projects within their established frameworks and planned timelines.
You will provide regular status updates to the client and involved stakeholders.
You will seize momentum with the client, leading your projects with success and efficiency.
You will keep the big picture in mind and always have a helicopter view of the projects. When necessary, you will make timely adjustments to ensure project goals are achieved.
You will apply agile methodologies and effectively implement the SCRUM framework.
You will work towards KPIs and acceptance criteria.
You will act as the primary point of contact, maintaining close communication with stakeholders varying from management to the technical team. You will ensure everyone is aligned and is working effectively together towards the project goals.
You will identify risks, prevent issues and solve problems.
What do we expect from you?
You have 8 to 15 years of experience as a project manager in software projects.
You have a strong affinity for working in a dynamic startup environment.
You are capable of handling difficult situations that can arise in a project context.
You know how to act tactfully when internal political issues arise with clients.
You are agile and know how to bring all involved parties on board.
A passion for advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and XR is a plus!
Experience with the Digital Twin integration concept and/or data aggregation is a plus.
You thrive in a young team that is open-minded and passionate about tech.
You communicate fluently; both orally and in writing; in Dutch, English and French.
